Problem with food?
For some weird reason, all the time that I eat meat (cow and pork meat) I stop enjoying my meal immediately after I start thinking about how I'm eating an animal etc... I don't eat chicken, I have not eaten that in about 10 years. Well gosh ugh I don't know what's wrong with me! I guess is all a psychological problem. The only type of meat that I seem to be able to eat and enjoy without any intricancy is seafood. Does anyone else go through this?

Oh yeah I dislike animals in general- maybe that has to do something with my "psychological problem" LOL, also I guess the whole way in which meat is process also plays a big role in me thinking things that make me loose my appetitie.

I try not to think about where it came from. lol. If seafood is all you like, then go ahead and eat it. Start eating chicken again too. It's very good for you. If you don't like red meat, you don't have to eat it, but it probably is psychological. You need about 1-2 servings of meat per day, but no more, and of course several servings of fruits, vegetables, and wheats to maintain good health.

Nope. I love beef and pork.
That's perfectly normal, don't worry about it. Alot of people are disgusted by that.
If you don't want to eat pork or beef then don't, just eat what you like. =) Make sure to get your protein some other way though.
Just leave those stuff out of your diet; you won't die from not consuming them. Why do you still eat them when they make your meal unpleasant?
