Why do a lot of vegans shave their eyebrows?
I am not saying it looks bad or anything. I am just trying to figure out why they do it? Is it part of the vegan punk culture or something?

I didn't realise they did. They are always raising their eyebrows at meat eaters so why would they? Are you sure its not just people with alopecia that you are seeing?

I have a couple who are close freinds, and vegan.
I did notice the feint eyebrows, so I shall ask them.
Perhaps it is to do will the possibilty of a bug landing on them, and finding their way to your mouth.
I doubt it. it must be some rediculous sort of external sign that they think says "Hey everyone I don't eat fish or eggs"

Humans are naturally omnivores, so leaving milk out of the dietory equation is beyond me.
I shall have a steak or pork chop tonight, enjoy it, remain healthy, and leave my eyebrows alone to do their own thing.

Right!?! So it's natural for humans to go up to a cow and start sucking on her teats? What the...? I don't think so. We might be built to be able to handle occassional bits of animal flesh, that doesn't mean it's good for us in the long run AND it's certain not neccessary. No offence intended mate, but you have been sucked in by the meat and dairy industries' propaganda. Every time a dairy ad comes on hear in Australia, people seem to think that it's a public service announcement. It's an ad by Dairy Australia, which represents dairy farmers, who make a profit from selling dairy. It's all lies. Just like the ads that were on TV in decades gone by telling us how great cigarettes were for us.
The point is we live healthier w/o it and the fact that we have a choice is what makes it wrong.
Lol, I would say you're dumb for thinking this, but I can't because I'm vegan and I wax my eyebrows and draw them back on. The reason is that my eyebrows are not only several shades darker than my hair color, but very unruly and full of gaps so it's easier just to wax them than it is to try and pluck and shape them.

So that the brow hairs doesn't get into our food. If we accidental ate it that would considered eating meat and that goes against our culture.
