Do women prefer guys who are vegan?
I have never had a problem with women. I have always been a ladies man. I know how to wine and dine a woman. However, I am curious if most women find vegan guys hot or if it even matters? If you are a vegan, would you even date a meat eater?
Answers:
Foxy-boy,
You know very well that you couldn't pull a sheep in rutting season.
Anyway, don't you have an ED problem ? so what would be the point of wining and dining women, they will only be dissappointed in you.
Personally, i can think of quite a few woman who have no problem dating vegans or veggies ;-)
and, contrary to other answers, cooking for vegans is not a "nightmare", even the full cooked breakfast ;-) ;-)...know what i'm saying foxy ?...no, you probably don't
nooo
Not bothered either way, but it would get me thinking... "in the future we're going to have to eat separate meals...." etc. I love meat.... but would go out with a vegan or vegetarian!
I'm a vegetarian and judging from the harsh reactions *I* get...I would imagine the answer is "no" unless the woman is also a vegan.
I personally prefer carnivorous men, cos I love cooking and I am particularly good at cooking meat...
It's not so much what they eat, but rather how they behave. I dislike "aggressive" vegetarians, who just can't help repeating that you are disgusting, killing animals, acting immorally etc.
As long as they keep their mouth shut (munching is OK), I guess I would be OK with a veggie.
I dont think it matters when you are asking if we think they are "hot" but I think in a long term relationship it would definitely take its toll. I love meat and would have to agree w/the girl above, making 2 seperate meals every night would stink, and also risking if they ever get mad at me for eating meat
You will find that to most, it really doesn't matter either way. But, as a plant-eating woman dating a flesh-eating guy, I will say that it can get complicated, but it has never gotten between us. While eating the same diet as your significant other does make things like choosing restaurants easier, if they truely care about you, they won't care what you do or don't put in your mouth.
i definetly think it is a plus! :) i am vegan and if my boyfriend was also vegan it would be very convenient when it came to eating. It is always good to have similar eating habits.
guys with a passion for animal rights is def a turn on ;)
EITHER WAY...
to be honest I'd find it kind of weird if i started seeing someone and they told me they were a vegan, vegetarian isn't so bad but a vegan goes to extreme levels, imagine trying to cook for them it must be a nightmare.
So No i don't think women would find you more attractive if you were a vegan.
I would say no. But I eat meat and obviously there'd be some issues if I went out with a vegan!
I have been dating a man who eats everything but red meat. I considered him healthier than me. I didn't know what the health risks really were then.
When I read up about it, I decided not eating meat at all and not having dairy products (Vegan) is the best decision I've ever made.
I can not tell you how much better I feel inside and out and it really shows. Everyone I know has been telling me I look so much better.
My boyfriend LOVES everything I cook him, but he still eats chicken & all dairy products. But he stopped eating eggs. It's a start. I am not forcing him to eat what I eat.
So to answer your question, I've never dated a guy who was a Veggie or Vegan. But if I did, I probably would of been a Vegan a long time ago.
If you like someone it doesn't matter what they eat. You still would eat what you eat, and cook what they eat.
i think not eating meat shows a sense of compassion, a heart -- a good quality for someone you're dating to have.
When I date a guy the first thing I ask him: "Do you eat meat, dairy products, eggs or something like that?"
No I'm joking... it doesn't matter what he eats, I chose my partners after their character traits. (Sorry for my English, I'm German.)
I think most ladies prefer healthy men and vegeterian men are usually the most healthy. I don't know if I'd date a meat eater, I guess it depends on how I felt about him. Kissing him would be a different story , yuk.
Well I wouldn't mind if he was vegan or meat eater or not, so long as he didn't put friends or neighbours out the back door to eat a burger. . . . .yeah foxy??
My husband is a meat-eater, so is the oldest of my 3 children. I know that when my hubby was veg. he was a lot healthier, a lot more active, thinner and more muscular. So, I would have to go with yeah, I think that vegan guys are hotter.
no woman love a big hunk of meat
a girl worth dating wouldnt care about those personal choices that dont directly effect your relationship with her
