Need some food ideas please?!?!?
Ok, I'm trying to eat healthy and I want to loose maybe 5 - 10 lbs. I'm not overweight or anything but I could loose a few lbs around my waist cause when the clothes don't fit that pretty much says it all. lol...any tips on easy snack recipes or ideas that have worked for you?

cut out everything white - flour, pasta, sugar, rice, potatoes, mayonaisse, sour cream... you get the idea. You can still get away with non-fat yogurt & milk and eggs. Switch to whole grains, nuts, fruits & veggies, lean protein. These things are harder for your body to digest, and therefore takes more calories to do so, and you feel full longer.
the best snacks are raw veggies with hummus, non-fat, sugar-free yogurt, and nuts.

Fruit, of course. Sugar free pudding or jello. You don't say if you're a Vegan, but if not, how about some cheese and whole wheat crackers, go low sodium.
Sugar free Popsicles or ice cream bars are also good.
How about Yogurt? It's wonderful to mix some cut up fruit into yogurt.
Soy chips.
I'm in the same boat. Some of the best snacks I've had include those 100 calorie packs (the crackers are your healthiest option I think) , homemade trailmix divided into snack size ziplock baggies, and fruit, yougurts and granola cereal.
I think you should eat pineapple some people say it helps you loose weight. and don't eat bread. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.
