Cayenne pepper of the hot variety has it's benefits.

Kind of a wide open question, isn't it? Are you looking for something sweat, savory, meat, salad, breakfast, lunch, dinner or do you just want a bunch of strangers to tell you what to like?

Get a bag of boneless skinless chicken breast, you can do a ton of things with them
saute up in olive oil and garlic and eat with your favorite sides, like wild rice or salad.
Dice them up and cook in olive oil and garlic and serve on pasta or rice, or better yet add al dente pasta to the skillet once the pink is gone from the chicken and toss with your favorite veggies, I like broccoli and mushrooms.
Slice them into strip and add some fajita seasonings, some onions and peppers and serve on warm tortillas with sour cream.
Grill them up with your favorite BBQ sauce, you can do this in a skillet on your stove too.
Bake them with a can of cream of chicken soup over them and some stuffing below.

spicy is for me

spicy food in general is good the warmth is usually associated with the endophines given off being released into your body when you eat them, different herbs and spices have a variety of uses but really depends on your gut

Spicy foods are good for you. I have heard that hot peppers actually speed up your metabolism. I love hot peppers but it takes a while to get where you can eat really spicy food. Yes, there are benefits. And garlic is good for your immune system.

For me, the hotter the better. I love foods very spicy and with a lot of punch. What are you looking for? Also depends on mood. I eat a lot of hot peppers.

I think it is mostly a matter of individual taste. My partner and I use few spices simply because we are into plain simple eating and food preparation with more emphasis on health rather than taste. I have read that Cayenne pepper is good for circulation and I have also read that spicy food can upset many people's stomachs. I have talked to older Mexicans who tell me that they have members of their families who have really messed up their stomachs using hot chilis like jalepenos. But I believe that using spices in moderation can't hurt health for a person with a normal healthy stomach. I also know that some spiritual beliefs make a big deal out of eating certain foods and using certain spices. They think that eating in the manner of a carniverous animal gives us to some degree some overly animalistic tendencies. Or eating spicy foods can make us tense and agitated. But I sure wouldn't worry about that.

Spicy
Its a necessity for Vegetarian food.

obey your taste and appetite
eat what is delicious to you but dont Surfeit
