How often should someone with blood type 0 eat meat?!

Question:

How often should someone with blood type 0 eat meat?

Answers:
The blood type diet has been debunked by scientists and researchers.

I am type 0 and haven't eaten meat for over 5 years, healthy as can be, as is proven by doctor's checkups. I also exercise regularly.

See this:
Of course there are people who claim that since following the "eat-right-4-your-type'' recommendations

they had lost some weight, or otherwise felt better, however when asked about any specific changes
made, they invariably consisted of lifestyle changes that are universally considered to be beneficial -
regardless of someone's blood type - such as cutting out junk food, and/or eliminating foods which

either cause, or have an unfavorable impact on specific medical problems one is suffering from.

The decision to increase certain foods, or to eliminate food sources that someone has an intolerance

or allergy to (dairy, wheat, eggs, meat, nuts, seafood, certain fruits or vegetables...) will definitely have

a positive impact on someone's health and is clinically necessary and important, but the need to do so

has mostly a genetic basis and has nothing to do with blood types A, AB, B, or O.

Some patients' medical complaints improve, or completely clear up after avoiding dairy products, or

other suspect foods such as wheat, shellfish, nuts, etc., however this happens with all blood types -
not just certain blood groups as claimed by "eat-right-4-your-blood type" proponents - so subsequently

this does not support, but rather discredit the "Blood Type Diet" concept.

The notion that individuals with certain blood types suffer from specific medical problems (i.e. "Type O

is commonly affected with hypothyroidism, high stomach acid [leading to ulcers], and thinner blood...")

is incorrect -- there is a major difference between a "risk factor" or "reduced resistance" and actually

suffering from a disorder. Many conditions change over a lifetime, but would have to remain fixed
according to the premises of the "Blood Type Diet."

I don't know

it doesnt matter, someone with any blood type can eat meat anytime you want.

eating meat nothing to do with blood type...

so dont worry , eat as much as u want

I dont think there should be problem on eating meat if your blood type is o

why?
what is your motive ?
It makse no sense?
We have Vegans & Veggies and at leat 90% of thoes are O+
and I'll bet 1% donate blood.
SO

Those of us with type O blood should eat meat often.

D'Adamo groups those thirteen races together by ABO blood group, each type within this group having unique dietary recommendations:

Blood group O is believed by D'Adamo to be the hunter, the earliest human blood group. The diet recommends that these supposedly muscular, active people eat a meat-rich diet along the lines of the Paleolithic diet.

Blood group A is called the cultivator by D'Adamo, who believes it to be a more recently evolved blood type, dating back from the dawn of agriculture. The diet recommends that individuals of blood group A eat a diet emphasizing vegetables and free of red meat, a more vegetarian food intake.

Blood group B is, according to D'Adamo, the nomad, associated with a strong immune system and a flexible digestive system. The blood type diet claims that people of blood type B are the only ones who can thrive on dairy products.

Blood group AB, per D'Adamo, the enigma, the most recently evolved type. In terms of dietary needs, his blood type diet treats this group as an intermediate between blood types A and B.

According to the book "Eating right for you type", type O's, like myself, should eat mostly meat, especially red meat, but all kinds are good for us, even pork, but avoid any wheat products like the plague.

Your blood type has nothing to do with what you should eat....

The jury is still undecided regarding this issue. Personally, I will continue to limit my intake of meat because I don't want to clog my arteries to the point of self-destruction, and I'm also blood type O. Don't risk your health because of what one person concluded in his book.

you can eat meat, but there are some you should totally avoid...here is a list that is beneficial. Beef, beef ground, buffalo, heart, lamb, liver, mutton, veal, and venison. This list is considered Neutral. Chicken, cornish hens, duck, patridge, pheasant, rabbit, turkey and quail. This is a list you should really avoid. Bacon, goose, ham, and pork. I hope this helps a little. To answer your question on how often you should eat meat, you should consult your doctor

Wrong category. Vegetarians don't eat meat and I hardly think blood type has anything to do with it. Don't believe everything you read.

O times because O types are susceptible to artery clogging if they consume meat. I am speaking from experience. I am an O blood type! You must've known the answer and wanted to be sure cause why else are you in this section? I hope it's not to irritate!
