Answers:
Eat a variety of "whole foods," with plenty of beans, nuts, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Avoid unhealthy foods like trans fats, which are usually listed as partially hydrogenated oils. Deep-fried foods often contain trans fats. Choose margarines that use nonhydrogenated oil, like Earth Balance or Smart Balance. Although a diet consisting of Coke and French fries is technically vegan, you can't be healthy if you eat nothing but junk food. Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 is produced by bacteria, and some experts believe that vegetarians used to get plenty of this vitamin from bacteria in drinking water. Since drinking water is now treated with chemicals that kill the bacteria, it's important to make sure that you get enough vitamin B12 from fortified foods (like most brands of soy or rice milks, some breakfast cereals, and many brands of nutritional yeast) on a daily basis or by taking a sublingual B12 tablet of 10 mcg per day.

Iron-beans, dark green leafy vegetables (like spinach),whole grain breads, Also eat something with vitamin c when you eat something with iron, it increases absorption

Calcium-dark green leafy vegetables (spinach, broccoli, soymilk)

Protein-Isn't really hard to get, just eat a variety of foods, good sources are beans, brown rice, nuts, whole grain breads, soy foods

Omega-3 fatty acids-flax seeds/oil,walnuts,canola oil

Zinc-pumpkin seeds (best source), beans and lentils, yeast, nuts, seeds and whole grain cereals

Selenium-Brazil nuts are a particularly good source of selenium, so try to eat a couple every day. Eating a small bag of mixed unsalted nuts can be a convenient way to get your daily selenium intake, but make sure it contains Brazils. Bread and eggs also provide some selenium.

Vitamin D- Vitamin D, often called the sunshine vitamin, is another common deficiency in those not drinking vitamin D fortified milk. Synthetic vitamin D is added to both cow’s milk and most brands of soy milk today.

Vitamins A (beta carotene),C, K, E and Folate-variety of fruits and veggies

Iodine-Iodine is a trace mineral that's important for healthy thyroid function. Table salt is the most common and reliable source of iodine in Americans' diets. (However, sodium in processed foods usually does not contain iodine.) If you don't consume table salt, you can get iodine from a multivitamin or from kelp tablets.

NO.....this clearly is not okay and is not near what the food guide pyramid recommends. First, your base of food should be grain which you have none of. You can buy vegan bread that is totally dairy free. Second, you need more protein sources. As a vegetarian you should eat soy products, beans, peanut butter, and many other nut sources. The products that you are listed are good sources for your fruit and vegetables. Be aware that you need good fats (unsaturated fats) and these will be in nuts and some soy products. The products that you listed would provide very little calories and you would end up getting malnourished.

Add:
Grain products that are dairy free
Soy products
Beans
Vegan cheese and soymilk
Many other types of fruits and vegetables for a wider variety

-chicken
-beef
-pork

Well, no you can't eat only the foods listed. You need to add grains, such as rice, corn, oats, and wheat, and the occasional potato. With your grains you need to add legumes (called pulses in the UK) such as navy beans, chickpea, kidney beans, refried beans, lentil, split peas, and soybeans.
By combining the grains with the legumes, (such as rice and soy, or wheat tortillas and refried beans) you create a complete protein, meaning that all the amino acids are present in the right amounts to create the same quality protein as meat.
You might consider adding some seeds, such as sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, and lots more fruits and vegetables. You need to add a citrus fruit like oranges or grapefruit, for example, and you need some greens, like spinach and chard, for iron.
If you are going to avoid all animal products you will need to take a vitamin B12 supplement, and I recommend a multi-vitamin with minerals as well.
With these additions, you can eat happily and healthily for a lifetime.

no.. it is not okay...

educate yourself before you start a vegan or raw food regime

Hey. It's "okay" but not optimal. I guess it depends on what you're working towards. Many people survive on less than optimal diets, but, if you choose to be healthier, you're going to have to get more variety.

You don't need to eat soy or nuts to get enough protein, though both can be included for a varied diet. Eat legumes, whole grains, and vegetables for protein, along with nuts and seeds. Avocados and walnuts are good sources of fat, as is flax oil.

Leafy greens such as chard and mustard greens should be included in a healthy diet.

Carrots or sweet potatoes would be beneficial.

The corn is a good whole-grain, but you should also eat quinoa, rice, millet, barley, oats, rye, buckwheat, teff, and other grains.

Good luck!

eat different fruits and vegetable

no. you should probably talk to your doctor about what foods you can eat. you have to eat beans for protein. hmmm how about some yummy tofu? you can have vegan (soy) meat. cereal with soymilk (yummy). um you can have oreos as a little snack!! well good luck.

nothing is wrong with it. it is much healthier then meat.i would just add as many liquids as you could think of. im not that sure because you get most of the iron in your body from meat and you need iron to live

The bigger the variety of foods the better. Get a more complete list of fruits and vegetables to choose from. There should be a few dozen items. No complex carbs like rice, grains or potatoes ?

No, its not ok. There are SO many of kinds of vegetables and fruits. Why would you limit yourself to 6 things? As a vegan you can eat with so much variety. What about rice, bread, pasta, beans, lentils, soy-,rice-, almond- milks, tofu, leafy greens, paprika, potato, mushrooms, eggplant, onion, leek, vegetable oils, oranges, tangerines, pears, watermellon, dark chocolate, maple syrup, agave nectar, jams, soy cream, vegan mayo, mustard, tomato sauce.... the list is too long.... theres SO much tasty food suitable for vegans.

It would be good to get more iron and proteins
So like.... Vitamins, Fake Meat [soy tofu, May I suggest Eve's]
Things of that sort
Just so you don't become ill from lack of protein/iron
and if you take vitamins make sure to take them with an iron heavy food like a Luna Bar or fake meat so that it sticks
If You just take it with water you will pee it all out, not to be crude

No, absolutely not. First of all I doubt that you could live like that without getting tired of such a list of food without much variety. You would be so weak & fragile! Yes, nuts are a source of protein, but you need more than that to survive! Banana could take care of part of your potassium to live on, but once again, what else?! You need a variety of foods to survive on because each food provides you with the nutrients you need and without variety you would be living a life without much nutrition.

Wow. I'm not a vegan, so I can't really help in terms of what to eat.

BUT if you try to eat only what you have listed, I would imagine you would get VERY malnourished VERY FAST!
