I already eat healthy. I'm looking to add more healthy foods to my menu.

Here are a few suggestions and I've also listed there site where I found these, it's a great site and I hope you give it a try!
HEART HEALTHY MEDITERRANEAN SALAD
spinach leaves
olive oil
green squash
black olives
tomato (s)
dried Rosemary, oregano, thyme and Italian seasoning
garlic powder
black and red peppers
mozzarella cheese,grated
croutons
Cut Spinach Leaves into strips. Put in a bowl for a salad.
Mix together in a separate bowl olive oil, squash, olives, tomato, seasonings, and cheese.
Toss on salad. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes or overnight.
Top with croutons and serve. Makes a quick, healthy salad!

HEALTHY POTATO SOUP
3 cups potatoes, cubed
1 cup water
1/2 cup carrot, sliced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 lb cheese, grated
Cook the vegetables (first 5 ingredients) until done. Don't drain!
Add next 4 ingredients (bouillon through cheese). Cook until thickened.
Makes 3 - 4 servings.

have your tried keefer? I mix keefer (carbonated yogurt) with pomogranite juice in the morning. I only drink soy, and go wild with nuts. Tofu is a great substitute too. My kids love the tofu hotdogs, if fact dont notice the difference from regular. Lots of options out there.
I love rainbow or swiss chard cooked over the stove with veggie broth!
Also, baked tomatoes. or sliced raw cucumber soaked in lemon with a teeny bit of salt (you honestly have absolutely NO idea just how AMAZING that is).
for vegetable recipe i you know sayote vegetables stir it and add small amount of beef ground,chicken or pork that you want to make taste.stir in garlic,onion put the meat and the knor cube or any kind for taste and add black pepper half cup of water boil in 5Min's and done.if you can a little stick soup stir corn starch in small amount of water and put and mix it.
if you like pumpkins and if you know the long beans put that together same procedure in sayote but meat is cube slice and add coconut milk not the corn starch.
Kinaja [5 servings]
1 cup orange juice
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
3 ripe bananas, sliced
3 pineapple rings
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cups crushed ice
In an electric blender, mix together orange juice, kiwi, bananas, pineapple, and pineapple juice until well blended. Pour the mixture into a pitcher.
Place the ice in the blender, then pour the fruit mixture over the ice. Process until the ice is blended in with the fruit juices.

Cabbage on the Grill [8 servings]
1 large head cabbage
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat grill for medium heat.
Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges, and remove the core. Place all the wedges on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap the cabbage. Season to taste with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Seal cabbage in the foil.
Grill for 30 to 40 minutes on the preheated grill, until tender.
