I signed this petition as I have signed these same type petitions for many years against this cruel practice .. IFAW has been going to the Philippines rescuing these dogs as well as petitioning the Government of the Philippines for reform ..How anyone can see those pictures and feel nothing ..I truly am sad for you because what I lonely world you live in .. when will mankind learn compassion?
