Question:

Is cinnamon twists. 7 layer crunchwrap, gordita , and a chalupa too much to eat?

Answers:
Well it's not healthy or vegan but I would say it is a little too much. They say you should eat 6 small meals a day. So if you were to have to get fast food at taco bell, the correct portion size for one meal would actually be a kid's meal (but it still wouldnt be very nutritional)

At first glance, yeah that is way too much food for one meal. You should eat the crunchwrap for breakfast, the cinnamon twists and gordita for lunch, and have two chalupas for dinner

7-Layer Crunchwrap = 660 calories
Cinnamon Twists = 150 calories
Gordita = about 360
Two Chalupas = about 840

Total 2010 calories or about what the average woman needs for one day.

If you are an average guy you can have 500 more calories per day than the average woman.

If you were to eat as much as you described for each meal, you would be consuming 3180 calories per day.

depends on how hungry u are..and if u want 2 feel bad aftwards....

YES! at most when going to a fast food restaurant which you should do @ most once a week you should only order 2 small side orders & that's it & why is this in the vegetarian & vegan sections..?

Its all wrong and bad.
You shouldnt eat that.
Youll die young.

Honestly I have never been able to eat a 7layer crunchwrap in a sitting. I generally eat about half. I eat about 4 small meals a day. The above is way too much to eat. You need to look at the caloric intake and the fat. Then start looking at how many nutrients and vitamins you are getting. It is ok to splurge now and then.

This is not Vegetarian or Vegan. Not that I care, it's just in that section.

Generally speaking, though, that is quite a bit of food. But, considering that you were concerned enough to log onto Yahoo Answers and ask about it, I would say that you don't normally eat like that. In that case, oh well, everybody pigs out every now and then... not the end of the world.

Not if you eat it all slowly.

Spread it out over 2 hours and then go for a 7 mile walk or something.
