Does all meat, like cow meat have hormones in it?!

Question:

Does all meat, like cow meat have hormones in it?

Answers:
Yes, all meat has hormones because it is the tissue of an animal, which needs hormones to survive.

If you mean extra hormones, like growth hormone added by the farmer, then yes, all commercial/processed meat has hormones. Even if the label says it doesn't. There is a loophole in the FDA law that allows for some pretty messed up things to happen with commercial meat.

Mind, not *all* meat has hormones. If you kill and butcher it yourself then you're safe.

Organic meats do not have hormones in them. That is what sets them aside from other meats and also makes the cost more.

yes all meat does. All animals have naturally occuring hormones, just like humans. However, many cows receive artificial growth hormones meant to have them put on weight faster or produce more milk. However, some meat products are labeled that they are free from artificial hormones.

of course they have hormones...most living things (especially mammals) have hormones. Having said that, hormones are just proteins that get broken down in the body...

organic hormone levels are less than regular, but they exist nonetheless...

You can get meat from animals who did not receive hormones at health food stores.

No it really depends on the cost, value & brand of the meat

YES ALL MEATS, COWS, PORK,CHICKEN,
FISH FARM RAISED HAVE HARMONES FED TO THEM
