Meat causing cancer?!
Meat causing cancer?
People always complain that bbq grilled meat and red meat and any meat cause cancer and health problems, so what? It's our health. so what if I want to eat meat and promote cancer in myself? It's my life. Also, i'm tired of beef and pork and want to try new meat. I'm sure a fat human baby is very tasty and juicy and nutritious. Meat is meat anyway, who cares. Is there anything wrong with this? Im a meat eater and I think it's perfectly fine. anyone?

Are you asking my permission? If you want to "promote" cancer thats up to, but Ive watched family members die from it, and I dont think its really something to joke about, nor something Id wish upon anyone...including trolls on a random vegan message board.
everything causes you cancer these days
alcohol
smokes
sun
carrots
just eat and do what you want
haha your question made me laugh..
i do not believe that meat causes cancer.
i myself am in LOVE with meat and eat whatsoever type i want. the healthiest type of meat i know is fish & the worst types are the ones that have those spices added to them, but i eat then anyways because they taste delicious.. what causes cancers though are the preservitives inside those meats that they sell in the market & the types of chemicals they put in them.
just make sure you have a least 2 cups of veggies while munchin' on the big hardy stuff
You really do not want to hear anything against what you believe and want to do, so why did you ask the question? We all like to justify what we want to do that is the rebellion that is in people. Even if it kills us. However when you get some serious illness, many times it is too late to do anything.
You really do not need to eat meat to keep you healthy, you can get protein from other foods. Meat is very hard to digest ......but Buffalo Meat is probably the best, and of course you could eat wild game, like deer, moose, elk if you are where they live. Or organic beef is good. You need more then just meat to take care of your body, and as you give it the nutrition it needs you will not want to eat that much meat. You have a choice, but if you have a family who loves you and you are responsible to take care of them
you better take care of yourself first.
I don't really understand the point of this question. If you want to get cancer who cares. Although I would assume if you are one of the unlucky ones who does get cancer in their life time I'm sure your song will change.
Cancer is nothing to joke about. Wait until you see someone who you love very much diagnosed with the disease. My father was diagnosed with Lymphoma a few years back. He is now in remission, but I can't say there is a day that goes by that I don't worry it may come back. I watched my father almost waste away to nothing. He was so ill when in the hospital that he didn't want anyone to visit(so only my mother and his parents went). I will never forget the day he came home from being in the hospital for three months. I came through the door and he was a shell of his former self. Comming close to death changed him, he wasn't the same for a long time.
I unfortunatly cannot help but feel sorry for you. I wouldn't wish what my father went through on anyone, even if they promote cancer. I feel that your decision to not take care of your self will come back to get you in the end, and then all the regrets in the world won't change anything. I hope if you take anything from this message, let it be that cancer diagnosis is nothing to joke about, it effects the entire family not just you.
u only live once, eat wot u wont. every one dies from something
We get cancer because we are imperfect machines. We've always had plague and disease. Cancer is just one that we haven't figured out how to cure yet. When we do, it will be something else. This all has nothing to do with what we do. It's a part of life and it was a part of history.
What a bunch of Hypochondriacs.

Not that I care much if you want to give yourself cancer, it is your choice, but I object slaughter of animals. They dont get to choose anything. Why not stand real close to a microwave oven instead? Good luck!
It depends on what type of meat... if you look at what they are feeding the cows before it comes to your plate you might be in for a surprise. Antibiotics cause cancer, GMO Soy causes cancer, GMO Corn causes cancer, eating to much protein (as compared to fat) causes cancer, cooking in certain ways causes cancer, not getting enough vitamin A (retinol- is only found in animals, plants have carotenes which body converts to vitamin A... under optimal conditions... which most americans do not have), Vitamin D reduces cancer size and the only form usable by humans (as a food source) is animal products, not getting enough cholesterol (body produces it anyways... so you are putting more pressure on the body to produce it rather than get some of it from diet) causes cancer. A study funded by pro-vegetarians/vegans showing that meat is bad... what a surprise. A study funded by pro-meat lobbyist showing meat is good... what a surprise. Meat does not cause cancer, the type of meat you eat causes cancer.
You are a sick person. No one is forcing you to give-up. All they are doing is providing statistics so that people can make an educated choice. There are people out there who don't want to get cancer who might actually appreciate the fact that people are looking out for them and you instult those who educate on a healthier lifestyle. If you want to eat meat that is your choice but don't assume you are speaking for everyone on Earth by shouting your complaint. I don't know if you are concerned about the price of meat going up if more people become vegetarians or if you sell meat or what but that is your issue and not everyones. Stop trying to play the ringleader because your not shaking anyones confidence here buddy.
As long as I don't have to pay for your health care.
