Whether "Ghee" contains colesterol ?

Ghee as it is called in India, is the extract from the skim of cow or bufellow milk. It has an excellent flavour and enhances the desire to have more of the food to which it is added. It is used extensively in "Sweets". Please let me know from the food and diatiarists whether Ghee is an high on colesterol or not ?

It is almost entirely nothing but saturated fat, but it has been shown to reduce serum cholesterol in lab rats.

The benefits to not outweigh the risks, though, because excessive consumption of saturated fat isn't good for your heart.

ghee contains colestrol but not in high % but excess of use can damage ur heart or may cause heart problem or heart attack.

ghee is a highly rich in saturated fatty acids; which is quite hazardous for the health
so take extra care before swallowing the bombay sweets and other delicacies
