What are the best veggies to snack on?!


Question:

What are the best veggies to snack on?

I like to have one meal or snack a day that consists of raw veggies. I am looking for the best 5-6 veggies that have the most vitamins and/or health value.

Eat a Avocado, 1 a day is the best filling snack ever!!

Tomatoes with a sprinkle of Celtic sea salt & pepper

Dates are good, but don't eat too much, they can be addicting!

Fruit salad, Kiwi, apple, oranges, & pineapple topped with Juliano's whipped cream

I can go on and on and on

Red, orange, or yellow bell peppers. Broccoli (especially for women), celery, carrots, cauliflower, tomatoes are ok but are more nutritious when cooked and they are a fruit. Mushrooms, Bok choy, long english cucumber (skin on).

I like a veggie salad with cucumbers, vinegar and oil. you can also add onions, tomatoes, avocado and peppers. Add some fresh chopped parsley if you can because parsley has alot of vitamins.

I like to eat tomato sandwiches and they say tomatos have alot of vitamins.

I don't know the vitamin content but I love to snack on sugar snap peas and radishes.
