Corn is a vegetable with high levels of starch and some pysllium while Potatos are starch and Potassium! Corn starts out as a grain but becomes a vegetable. Some say it
always a grain! There is no starch family. Starch comes from a grain or else sprout as in the Potato! A Plant with almost no starch is the Banana.. it's mostly Potassium!
