It's made from yeast and vegetable extract with vitamin B12!! I know it's 100% vegetarian but not so sure if it's vegan.

Yes definately.
(I think it is suitable for vegans, it was originally made as a by produt of the brewing industry, using up the excess yeast)

I think Marmite is a good way to flavour your food when you are just lazy to head down to the supermarket.In Malaysia,some stall owners can't really afford certain spices to flavour their food so they use marmite! One such Recipe is Marmite Crab!! You should really try it,simple and tasty

i adore marmite, crusty white bread and butter and marmite, thick toast, brown or white as long as its dripping with butter and marmite, rice crackers, ryvitas, jacket potatoes cheese and marmite. marmite and hot water, best hangover cure ever as its loaded with vitamin d so long as its accompanied with a slice of toast with lashings of marmite and butter.
