What is most detrimental to and best for a young child's health?!


Question:

What is most detrimental to and best for a young child's health?

pick one for each question (2):
A) being a vegetarean but eating any food within that one standard
B) being raised on organic foods (including meat)
c) being vegetarean but only eating organics
d) being raised on every food type(so, also eating meats)
e) eating only meats such as chicken or fish
i was just wondering....
also, please do not just put your opinions here i want real factual answers

Answers:
Any child during their growing years needs calcium,iron,potasium,B complex. Organic is good but expensive for a child(picky eaters).So given the choices you put forth I would say at least until 13 D would be the answer.At 13 they can tell you what they do and don't like.

There can be arguments made for and against for every item you post.
