Are all vegans scrawny weaklings?!

Question:

Are all vegans scrawny weaklings?

I met a couple vegan guys a couple weeks ago, and I have to say, it was so funny, skinny, sickly looking, and preaching about their lifestyle, they looked like they were about to fall over at any second.

Lol, began bodybuilders, I guess steroids aren't considered animal products.

Yeah I did hear about the vegans who murdered their baby by starving it to death, I think they should be force fed meat until their stomachs burst.

"Began" bodybuilding?

They don't take steroids, have you ever heard of natural bodybuilding?I doubt you'll see a vegan on Musclemag, that's because they all take steroids and get unnaturally huge.

Conscientious vegan

Yea, cuz all they eat are fruits and veggies

Lol, thats hilarious. Did you read the story in the news a few weeks ago about the vegan parents who are being tried for murder for starving the child? They apprently considered their their vegan lifestyle more important than a babies life. These are the type of people they are.

Shoo.

By the way, what would you know about nutrition & good health? Endive is probably one of the least nutritional greens you can eat.

It's not funny. They weren't getting enough nutrients or they wouldn't look like that. A lot of vegans don't look like the ones you described.

No not all vegans are like that. I have a female friend who is a vegan(10 years now) & she is buxom with radient skin.........personally i think she looks great but she was hoping to look more like the guys you met.....fortunately her plan hasn't worked!!!!

They probably sneak meat like this so called vegan I know check out youtube Niki the Closet Vegan. She definitely isn't scrawny!!

Naw !
That is just your special encounter.
They are GNC best customers, steroids, and chemically specific vitamins. manufactured whey, soy, wheat germ and herbs.

nah, stop being an a[ss. most of the vegans I know are brolic (very buff/athletic). i dunno why veganism upsets so many people, its not like it hurts you that someone else doesn't want to eat meat and dairy...STOOOOPID

Pretty much.

no, and anyone who says yes is either crazy or stupid. horses are vegan and they're some of the strongest and most muscular animals out there.

Just because you met a couple of men who were vegans and they happened to be skinny does not mean anything. I remember a class that I had to take in college. We were shown pics of people and had to rate them on weather they were a healthy weight. Most people rated individuals that were an ideal and healthy weight for their height/age/sex, as too thin, and people that were over weight at ideal. Obviously the excessive was used as an eye opener to show that most people can't recognise a healthy weight, and why many people are overweight and obese now adays.

Many people who I meet are omnivores and are excessively over weight, should I classify all meat eaters as obese?

no, they apparently are not going about their nutrition correctly

I wish. I went vegan many years ago for a few years, but was still overweight. When I got pregnant I switched to just vegetarian. I go on an off of being vegan,(just depends on my mood). I am still overweight, and I work out.

Yes, fortunately Dr. Kevorkian is now out to jail so he can put them out of their suffering.
