Lactose-free milk?!

Lactose-free milk?

where can i find lactose free milk in America & can u gimme da brand & da shop name. My sis lives in hayward & her son is allergic 2 lactose so plz help!!!!!!!!

How about soy milk or rice milk? They're easily available and, I understand, pretty good. But on the other hand, who says he has to drink milk at all? Calcium is found in many non-dairy foods, such as leafy greens.

Your local Super Wal-Mart sells lactose-free milk.

Soy milk is the most common lactose-free milk. Otherwise, people usually get Lactaid. These should both be available at your local supermarket.

Coconut Milk, Rice Milk, Soya Milk are non-dairy milks so they are lactose free and can be obtained in most food stores. Don't know about the Place your in cause I'm in Canada!
