What is the best source of dietary copper?
I'm looking for the foods (vegetarian) that are the most rich in copper. Poking around the internet so far has gotten me about a million different answers. Any advice?

Brazil nuts,Cashew nuts,poppy seeds,sunflower seeds,chickpeas,liver(beef or chicken) oysters,natural cereals,meat,and fish.
So ,we're going to omit the meat and liver.This leaves quite a bit of copper for the vegetarian.
swallow a penny, kids have done it for years, you even get it back in a few days.
