Brown Rice

enriched rice or any enriched food is not good for you

white rice

BROWN!
But I do like white every now and then.

White

Brown rice of course!

"Brown rice is simply white rice that has not had the bran covering the rice grains removed. Removing the bran is done so that the rice is fluffier and cooks faster. Since brown rice still has the bran intact, it is a much better source of fiber. In fact a cup of brown rice has three and one-half grams of fiber while white rice has less than one gram of fiber. We all need from 15 to 25 grams of fiber in our diet every day."

Therefore, because we are such a rush-rush fast-paced society, everything has to be quick and therefore we reduce the nutritional content of our meals.

Take the extra 30 minutes and prepare brown rice for your family.

definitly white but not that instant stuff, the real thing

Depends on where I am eating it.
1. restaurant -white --they don't put eggs in it
2. home-brown

Brown is best, more nutrients that aren't synthetic, and yummy fiber. Not to mention couple grams of protien that are removed when made white. Overall we eat brown rice in our family, but every now and then white is an option I opt for with specific meals, as it's more sticky!!

Definitely brown rice.
Brown tastes better and it is better you you..

I like my rice like I like my women. Full of vitamins and nutrients, but naturally, not bleached and then artificially enriched.

brown

white, since i grew up eating white rice, i also like the red ones, takes longer to cook tho^_^

Actually I prefer millet. Rice is acid-forming.
