What chocolate is suitable for lacto veggies?
Answers:
i think you're safe eating pretty much all chocolate. i would just check labels for other fillers/fats like gelatin or beef fat which are both often found in sweets unfortunately. however, if you still eat dairy, then you're ok partaking in most chocolate. if you decide to go vegan, there are quite a few dark chocolate options that will meet your chocolate needs...
"chocolate" that is made from the carob bean.
bacon butty chocolate
Rump Steak Chocolate
Most chocolate would be. Lacto means dairy so lacto vegetarians eat dairy products. They do not consume eggs so stay away from that.
Are you joking?
Any chocolate. I LOVE carb-free and sugar-free chocolate.
Lacto vegetarians consume dairy products, so pretty much any kind of chocolate is okay.
If you meant to say that you don't consume dairy, then try to stick to dark chocolates. The most common chocolates, like milk chocolate, have cow's milk in them (duh). But for the darker chocolates, they use cacao butter (from the plant) to give it that smooth melting sensation. I would recommend checking the labels. A lot of the high end chocolates will tell you if they use milk (and nuts).
I personally think the darker chocolates are much tastier, and besides, at moderate amounts, they're healthy for you! Dark Chocolates contain anti-oxidants, and more flavonoids than red wine, substances that help prevent cancer.
Masterfoods (mars, twix, Galaxy, etc.) have started using animal fats in their products. Other than that, pretty much everything is safe =)

All vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters alike should only ever eat Green & Black's...coz it's lush.
