Chai tea nonfat milk?!

Question:

Chai tea nonfat milk?

when you order a chai tea latte with nonfat milk at starbucks, does the nonfat milk make much of a difference in the taste? Does it taste bad?

Answers:
unless you're on a strictly low fat diet, I would use whole milk. You don't use that much and it will taste much richer. Chai tea has so much flavor, you won't miss much if you drink it plain though. I like just a bit of sweetener in mine.

it doesn't necessarily taste bad. it depends on your preference of milk. whole milk (or 2%) tastes creamy, full-bodied, and indulgent. nonfat milk is more watered down and not as indulgent tasting. i suggest whole milk when you want to pamper yourself and nonfat when you want to get rid of some love handles.
