YES it is. One of those are fine but 3 or 4 or more are not good for you they are loaded with more caffeine than you can imagine. I read an article on how bad for you they can be if you over drink on them. so no more than 2 but i suggest only 1 per day
They are loaded ususally with a ton of sodium so yes a lot of it can be bad in fact it will more likely than not raise your blood pressure.

The caffeine usually contains about 80mg per energy drink, about what you'd get with a cup of Starbucks. And the stimulants like guarana and taurine cause a rise in blood pressure and heart rate, not to mention dehydration. Energy Drinks arnt bad for you, and are great for early days so basicly dont drink more than 4, and your good to go.
One standard (24oz) bottle of Vault (which tastes like mountain dew) is 2.5 servings and has as much caffine as about 3 cups of coffee. Say you have three - JUST THREE - in a day. That's nine cups of coffee. Plus the sugar.
LAY OFF THE ENERGY DRINKS! It's very bad for you, and too much caffine raises your blood pressure and causes irregular sleep patterns hours after you drink it.
