Answers:
Could be a bit acidic in the stomach

That's sounds tight..

I doubt it was because of the lemon and Coke. You probably had a stomach virus or something.

No it doesn't. My husband is always putting lemon in his Coke and has never been sick from it. I drink it that way too sometimes and never get sick. You probably had a case of food poisoning.

No...they have Lemon Coke. You were probably already sick.

I'm thinking no... don't they have lemon coke? I think so....

actually a home remedy to stomach ache is coke w/lemon juice, so it probably worked, it make you throw up and now you feel better.
but that only means you were sick for eating something else.

Actually it tastes kinda tangy and it tastes good but something u ate before could make u throw up.

Alright, I know from personal experience, where I mixed lemon, milk, and coke together, drank it, and I got about a mild stomach ache.

Now, there is a chance for you that this concoction causes you to get sick because you are more sensitive to it.

For example, I got the same kind of symptoms from Thai food as you did, that my sister ate from and was perfectly fine.

From the way it sounds, you either did get sick from it, or another food you ate that day caused this effect.

I guess the only way to know for sure is to try the drink again, but from the way it sounds, you probably won't be willing to test that. =D

Maybe is your sensibility. I enjoy coke with lemon on it. I eat the lemon after I squeeze it. Think about something that you eat that day too. Maybe the combination of all, was not good for you. Take care.
