How many ounces of water are you supposed to drink every day?
Answers:
Do NOT drink 8 glasses. That's too much, unless you weigh a lot. It's not good for you and can lead to water toxicity/hyponatremia. You just don't need that much water because it disrupts homeostasis and concentrations of certain solutes in the body. 4 or 5 glasses is more reasonable.
Six eight oz. glasses per 24 hours.
I think its either 16 or 18 ounces
62 i think
64 ounces. (8 glasses)
Per each pound you weigh over 15lbs, 1 ounce of water per pound per day. (that is what I hear)
I was told to drink 8 glasses at the minimum(8oz each)
64oz or eight 8oz
eight glasses of water per day
I always heard you should drink 8-8oz. glasses of water per day. So that would be 64 oz.
You are supposed to drink the same number of ounces that you lose through urination, sweat, and so on. And nobody can tell you how much that is because it depends on your body, your activity, your climate, etc. It is a myth that everyone should drink X ounces of water per day. Let your thirst be your guide. But don't go thirsty.
Like 8 glasses!
they say 64 oz, don't make sense.
100 lady
350 lb man
both have the same ? NO
64, eight 8 oz glasses per day
A good guideline is to divide your weight in half and then consume that many ounces of water each day. So a 128-pound person needs 64 ounces, but a 160-pound person needs 80 ounces.
