Just tell then what you want- the same way you described it here. The barista will probably snicker at you and correct you by telling you the fritalian-starbucks name of the drink, so you will both get the drink you want and know how to order it next time.
I don't understand why they need to use stupid names for their drinks, but whatever floats their boat.
