It will catch up to you in weight. Also, your teeth may rot because of all the sugars. Soda is really bad for you.
It will have absolutly no affect on you what-so-ever!!!
;)
What kind of soda?
Are you drinking soda in lieu of eating?
If your diet is somewhat nutritiously, you should be okay.
As to being skinny, that's the way some people are built. If you want to bulk up, do some strength training, but don't bulk up by just gaining fat. That will cause more problems done the road.
I am 32 and drink lots of soda every day, I mean like 6 16 oz bottles. I drink diet soda. It hasn't effected my health yet but I have heard of people having kidney problems. Since I do drink diet I know some of the artificial sweeteners have been proven to cause cancer in lab mice..... thank god I'm not a lab mouse.
Stop drinking it. Coming from someone who was addicted to mountain dew and cigarettes. I found soda far more addicting. On top of that, you're putting disgusting stuff into your body. Not to mention what it does to your teeth. Water is the best thing going. If you need a fix for something that taste good, try to find a juice you like, but read the ingredients. Spend a little extra to get something you KNOW isn't bad for you. Your weight isn't an issue now, but it may become one.
Soda is not good for your body. Do you drink water? You should be drinking half your body weight in oz. a day so you'd need about 49oz a day. As far as damage to your body you could develop kidney stones which hurt really bad. Your skin is probably not looking as hydrated and fresh as it could. If you choose to drink that much soda just make sure you drink a ton of water.
Look at the ingredients of the soda that you are drinking. Think that if your body really needs them or not? If not then it's better not to use them and use the drinks or foods that your body needs more instead.
well you are taking in loads of artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives-terrible for your body. They are loaded with sugar, and the carbonation is more harmful to your teeth than battery acid. Do the math-quit while you are ahead. A better option would be to add some naturally fizzy water to a fruit juice-not one also full of artificial stuff, but real juice
eventually, you'll develop type 2 diabetes and will have to take insulin to control your blood glucose level. I think we're seeing that in a lot of people that were raised on coke and other sugary sodas and juices. It doesn't matter how skinny you are, if you consistently load your body with sugar, your pancreas has to pump out more and more insulin and will lose it's effectiveness in the future.
