Question:

Why is it when a drink coke i get stomach crapes?

Answers:
What is a "stomach crape" I have never heard of such a thing?

Coke has this acid in it it that can shrink your teeth, that's why I stopped drinking it. You probably have a week stomach because of the acid. Check with your doc or cut back on the coke and drink healthy liquids like water. Hope you solve your problem.

This has happened to me before. It only happened for a couple of months and than the diet coke didn't bother me any more. I think your stomach is just being sensitive. It could be stress related.

I'd cut back on carbonated beverages for a while though. That's what i did. Maybe it's just too harsh on your system for regular consumption.

Crapes are delicious, though I haven't had any for quite some time.

Yeah, "week" stomachs get "crapes" sometimes. Gawd, learn to spell, folks!

coke is good when you are constipated, maybe it stimulates the intestines like that

One reason I think is..That coke has a lot of acid in it..
if you take coke, it will clean corrosion off of battery cables
And maybe you drink to many cokes a day ..It has a lot of sugar in it also

the sugar is too much for your body to handle. Sugar can be considered a drug or a poison, by the way our bodies react to it. When we eat or drink sugar, our bodies want to eliminate it as quickly as possible. Thats why you get cramps - and you probably have to poop right after as well.

cause u did sumthin active after u drank it.

to much acid and the carmel flavoring they use.

Cramps? It's very acidic. Alkaline (eg bicarb-based antacid remedy - the chalky-tasting ones) would neutralise it I expect. Or just don't drink that crap.

Very high in acids

what!

I assume you mean cramps and not crapes. It is probably because your stomach cannot digest some of the ingredients in the coke (most likely the chemicals). I would advise you to stop drinking it. Your body is obviously rejecting it.

Coke has a lot acid in it. I would suggest that you reduce your intake of Coke or quit drinking it.

We know that many soda brands contain caffeine and that caffeine does increase stomach acid levels. What we may not be aware of is that sodas also contain an array of chemical acids as additives, such as acetic, fumaric, gluconic and phosphoric acids, all of them synthetically produced. That is why certain sodas work so well when used to clean car engines. For human consumption, however, the effects are much less satisfying and quite precarious. Drinking sodas, especially on an empty stomach, can upset the fragile acid-alkaline balance of the stomach and other gastric lining, creating a continuous acid environment. This prolonged acid environment can lead to inflammation of the stomach and duodenal lining which becomes quite painful. Over the long term, it can lead to gastric lining erosion.

these drinks are full of terribly unhealthy ingredients. I know , I love them......boo hoo

I get in this argument with my wife all the time. Every morning, she wakes up and drinks a soda. Even though it is a diet one, she frequently complains about stomach pains and such. Sodas contain a ton of citric acid which you may have seen will take the corrosion and rust off metal and battery terminals. If this acid sits in your stomach, it will irritate the lining of your stomach. The best thing to do besides not drinking them, is to make sure you always have food in your stomach as well. If your stomach is empty, your stomach isn't producing the acid as much that is used to deteriorate food. As soon as something goes in your stomach, the acid begins pumping. If you are only putting cokes in your tummy with no food, then you are double dosing the acid in your belly. Pray you don't have have an ulcer, then you are in for some real discomfort. Wouldn't hurt to have it checked though.

becuz coke is an acid and if u drink 2 much of it ur stomach will hurt

to much acid
