You can buy it at some supermarkets or most Health Food Shops. Just ask for popcorn seeds.
Don't know, but FriesBentos do really good Steak&Ale pies that you bake in the oven 4 25min's and the crust flakes up like a multistory carpark thats just collapsed.

Any supermarket will sell it. Just look for popping corn in the pulses isles ( usually with lentils and stuff )
Somerfield or kwiksave (if there's any left) I used to get good sized bags for ￡1
