What should i have my tea with?

Sweeten with a bit of honey and some fresh lemon. Try a nice, warm biscuit with jam or even a simple gingersnap cookie...
a lemon
Perhaps a sandwich, with the crusts removed and cut into quarters, spread with cream cheese and black olives. Or thinly sliced ham on mini orange muffins with butter. Or tuna salad with capers on toast points. For sweets, think about a custard filled cake, cookies, petit fours, cupcakes and the like.
Whenever I was sick, my mom would make me tea with lemons and sugar. It was pretty good.
A good conversationalist.
A lovely slice of cinnamon toast. mm mm. toast one side of your bread under the grill, lightly toast the other side, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. grill until golden brown. if you have a banana slice some on before the sugar & cinnamon. if none of the ingrediants are available, go to the shop, it'll be worth the walk, and work up your appetite.
A rich tea biscuit - The only real option!
tea is really good with a lemon and honey. they lemon gives the tea a little zing and the honey adds the sweetness. if your looking for something to eat with your tea, try some toast and jam.
A hot cross bun (or two), toasted with butter.
Try it with milk; honney, shugar, lemon; ice; condensed milk; maple sirop; or a combination of those. See what you like.
P.S. Don't put milk in herb tea. And don't put lemon with milk.
Mmm. Scones are the best with tea.
Don't put milk in your tea. The milk actually counteracts the antioxidants that make tea such a healthy treat!

I prefer light buttered toast or tin buscuits. Some people, however, prefer crumpets.
i like lemon and honey in my tea. but, if drinking chamomille tea, a sprinkle of cinnamon is delish. also, milk with earl grey is good, but milk can ruin the healthyness of the tea if you put too much in.
heres a good idea- mix teas. my dad used to do this all the time. chamomille with apple spice is good. experiment, and maybe you'll discover something great.
if you are looking for a food companion to your tea, try biscotti, toast and jam, small pastrys, lemon bars, or crumblets. those are my favorites. mmmmm enjoy!
