Too much of anything is bad for you! If you're drinking sweetened iced tea, not only are you getting tons of unneccessary sugar but you're loading yourself up with caffeine too.

well tea does have some caffeine in it, but it's more important to concentrate if you are putting sugar or honey in your tea. Try to put something with natural sugars into the tea to boost even more vitamines and minerals in your tea! Here are some options: raspberries, slices of lemon, sliced strawberries. then the answer is yes its bad for you, if you drink plenty of it.

I'm not sure it is. Just don't use too much sugar.

Depending on which kind of tea you are drinking & if you use a sugar subsitute.Some teas don't have caffeine in them & that's good.
Other than that,water is the best source(but heck,I like my iced tea,my diet pepsi & my Diet Rock Star!)

naah... the way i see it, the more u drink it the better.
tea's good for your nerves & digestive system right? why should iced tea be any different

My uncle recently checked into the hospital with kidney stones. The doctor said he drank too much iced tea. The problem wasn't that the tea, loaded, with caffeine, was that dangerous, it was just the fact that tea was the only thing he drank. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and while outside working, all he drank was tea. The problem is if you sweat alot and only drink tea, the water is sucked out too fast from sweating and such, and it leaves all the caffeine. Always make sure you stay hydrated by drinking alot of water as well.
