Try the Tap Phong store on Spadina Av in Chinatown, they sell alot of Asian hotel and restaurant equipement, I have seen one and it basically crushes the cane and squeezes the juice from the interior flesh, you might be able to to do it in a high power veggie juicer, but first you would need to remove the outer hard bark, and juice the flesh inside.
But see if they have one at the store I said, I know when I was there in November last year they had one, at the back with all the restaurant inserts and appliances.
I would go to the Portuguese part of town and look for some Brazilian store. They would be able to inform you. This is very popular in Brazil
