Good thing or bad?
i ask the question about bubble tea and thought about starting my own business i was going to try it first at a stand at a local flea market and see how well it goes is this a good thing or bad and can bubble tea be just as good if people dont like the tapioca not adding it

There's a Koko Bubble tea stand at my local mall and I've never tried it. Mainly because it's just a few steps away from my favorite SMOOTHE stand -- so the smoothie always wins.
But if you don't add the tapioca, it's not really bubble tea anymore. They do have flavors, though.
I think is a good idea to start in a flea market. you have first to see how people react to it. You don't want to invest a whole bunch of money without knowing how consumers would react. Good luck!
