I don't know if they're in the top five, but don't forget Kenya and other African countries. They produce a lot of the coffee one finds in Europe. Indonesia contains the island of Java, which should tell you they grow a lot of coffee there, if one of coffee's nicknames is the name of that island. Of course, North America gets most of her coffee from South America, so So Am is the first thing we think of here. It's a question of proximity, really.
