In a coffee mug of coffee with 3 tsp sugar, 8 tsp powder creamer, what is the calorie, fat, etc. count?

The fat comes from the creamer darling, read the ingredients on the packaging, it's horrendous!!! Have your coffee black or don't drink it at all if you're counting calories.

If you really think it matters, you probably need to put it down, and go out for a jog.
Coffee has no calories or fat. Then just do the math with the rest.
