Answers:
7 oz pineapple juice
2 oz coconut cream
1 cup crushed ice

Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream and crushed ice to a blender; blend at high speed. Pour into a collins glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a pineapple wedge, and serve

INGREDIENTS
1 cup ice
1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons white sugar
DIRECTIONS
In an electric blender, blend ice, pineapple juice, milk, cream, and sugar. Blend until smooth.

I worked in a restaraunt and we would use either a clear soda (Sprite, Sierra MIst) or extra juice that was already included in the drink.

For a pina colada you would use extra pineapple juice.

You could use rum extract in the place of rum, or omit the rum flavor completely for a different taste.
