Two of the systems use reverse osmosis, the other seems like a normal charcoal system. These are the drinking water systems. Other systems are available. There are water softeners and whole house systems.

I know they SELL reverse osmosis systems because I bought one for my home. So I guess it would mek sense that they use it themselves for water resale. It's a great process and works very well. FYI - my water was from a well and it tested cleaner with less polutants that my delivered Hinckley Schmidt bottles.
