What's authentic green tea?
is it the same as green tea??ALSO..i know that green tea is good for u but it is really bad..i drink it anyways lol. and if that rasberry (real good tea) good for you as well as green tea?

I totally agree, I have that diet lipton peach tea (with the green tea) here at home that I sip on, the green tea is NASTY but I drink it anway. Raspberry isn't any better (in my opinion taste wise). If anyone on here can help us make it taste better, thanks! LOL!

Authentic green tea is simply green tea leaves with nothing added. All green tea is not fermented and it really is good for you. Not sure who told you it wasn't but I'd like to know why they think that.
The raspberry tea you drink probably had some added flavors or maybe some herbal tea in it. Some of those have hibiscus, some have pieces of fruit in the, some simply have the berry oils in them. the key is looking at the ingredients.
I think that those other flavored green teas are as good for you as green tea. It's hard to determine which is "better" for you, so I drink all types so that I cover all the bases. It's a great addition to my diet. good luck
