I live in Colorado so I drink tap water and it's great, most bottled water is junk but dasani is as good as the avanti or whatever they call them. They just put a fancy name on them but they are all bottled by coke, what does that tell you?
i have to go with Fiji, because it has a sweet aftertaste... aquafina and dasani have a bitter after taste. can't you tell?..
personally i recommend Fiji bottled water. "America" chinese people always says "every penny" has it;s worth..
Fiji bottled water is damn expensive compare to other brands..
i used to like aquafina and dasani past a few years ago when every bottle i open it pops air out..and it taste great..but now it;s not as good anymore due to supply in demand these days. and it doesnt have that poping sound. also it taste way Different..!!
FIJI no.1 =)
Where I live in rural Hawaii, we don't have 'tap' water. Our water comes from the rain that falls on our metal roofs and is piped into a huge covered tank, then filtered before we drink it. It is THE best and freshest water I've ever drunk--- including all spring water.
Hawaii also has underground aquifers which Bottlers tap into. It filters down through the porous lava rock, but does not dissolve many minerals. It also is very good--- but of course leaving it in a plastic bottle for a long time spoils it.
My favorite is Hawaiian Springs--- near where I live.

I personally like fiji water the best too. The way water tastes often depends on where the water was bottled. That's why evian has such a distinct taste to it - it's bottled in a location that has a lot of minerals which gives it that distinct flavor. Other waters are generally "flavorless" because instead of being bottled at a specific location, they are specially filtered - such as dasani and aquafina. Both of these brands are bottled in a factory where the water is sent through special filters.
As a proud kiwi I'd have to refer you to Pupu springs. Although its not for drinking.
