I drink about 6, 591 mL bottles of water per day...is that too much? can drinking to much water disturb body functions or just cause damage in any way?

drinking to much of anything can harm you but in different ways. We all need at least 8, 8oz glasses of fluids a day (not alcoholic beverages)
You can drink too much water but it is pretty hard. I've heard of someone who was in a radio contest to see who could drink the most water for concert tickets. A woman drank so much water she got hypernutrimia and died. She was gulping tons of water though, not drinking it throughout the day.
