Any lime removing cleanser will do the trick - LimeAway, CLR, etc. Just make certain to run enough water through the system to remove the residual taste and trace amounts of cleanser before brewing coffee for consuming.
You don't need to use a specific product. Although there are many out there specifically for cleaning coffee and espresso machines. You can also just use white vinegar. One cup per one quart of water. Run Vinegar and water mixture through. Then run water through 2 more times to rinse. Cleans it up quite nicely.
I have used Vinegar in my Coffee Pot. After that I run water through it a few times as it will Taint the Coffee next time if it not rinsed well.
put 2 cups plain white vinegar in the resivoir, fill with water, turn on and run till it empties, follow with two more pots of plain water, return to regular use, repeat cleaning ritual after every 30 days at most.
at my work we use a product called "cafiza" it works very well but is kind of expensive. you can even soak the shot cups and everything and it will shine them up very well.
I could cut and past but you would miss some:
