What is the effect of coffee.?!
What is the effect of coffee.?
I like coffee (no sugar).
I drink three cups of coffee a day.
Is it be better to drink Coca-Cola?
Answers:
It can make your teeth yellow, I wouldn't drink either because coke is very bad for you becuase of the acidity level coke has, so I would choose a less dangerous drink, lol, like ginger ale, or spirte.
there is more sugar in cola than your coffee so coffee would be a better option and studies have shown that tea is just as bad for you as well you got a bigger caffine rush with coffee and makes you go to the loo more
it is definitely better to drink coffee as it contains anti-oxidants
though both contain caffeine which increase the firing rate of you Nero-synapse coke is loaded with high fructose corn syrop which is not good for you
well, it can make awake u for the whole night...
but, too much coffee may bring u to 'migrain' or easy to say as bad headache~
There hasn't been any real studies to confirm that coffee is actually good/bad for the body. That's taking into consideration that you drink it without sugar. Otherwise it's like drinking a soda.
actually its better to drink coffee as you get your water intake as well, but not to the point where your hurting your health I would say 3 cups a day is by all means just the right amount, the caffine in the coffee as alot of effects it may have more then pop, but you don't get your water either from pop, tea is better then both as coffee can cause heartattacks and blood pressure to rise, but if you only drink 3 cups a day then you have nothing to worry about.
Coffee is much better for you.
Coffee comes from the Earth
Coke comes from a Lab
cofee gives u anti oxidants and its not better to drink coca-cola because it just give u health problems
1. Coca-cole rots women's bones.
2. coffee is a drug, just like crack cocaine or whatever. It'll get you high (caffine buzz) and before you know it, you;re addicited and you get these sucky headaches and you feel all dizzy when you don't get your coffee.
Coffee is better, but increase you water intake too:
Coffee drinking may lower your risk of colon cancer by up to 25 percent because of its ability to help keep you regular.
Two observational studies found that regular coffee intake reduced the risk of developing kidney stones.
People with asthma who drink coffee can have up to 25 percent fewer symptoms because one of the compounds in coffee - theophylline - acts as a bronchodilator.
Other diseases that coffee may help prevent: cirrhosis of the liver, Parkinson's disease, skin cancer, and gallstones.
Now, this doesn't mean that you should measure your daily coffee consumption in gallons. But research shows that three or four cups a day (under two cups for pregnant women) aren't going to do any harm.
