actually it is probably better than drinking diet colas all the time. I'd stick to the water, or tea. Even some of the Crystal Light drinks have good flavor and if you don't particularly like straight water this is a good substitute.

It's not terrible, but in my opinion giving up sugared soda is one of the easiest ways to cut calories. I would much rather spend those calories on a chocolate chip cookie instead of a can of ginger ale... but that's just me.

On a side note, becoming a waterholic is also one of the best things you can do for weight-loss. For whatever reason, we humans are likely to mistake thirst for hunger, so keeping yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day is a good way to avoid unnecessary snacking.

Not a good idea. Even worse if you're diabetic. Regular soda pop gives you a burst of high-calorie sugars, which convert immediately into glucose that raises your blood sugar dramatically. If you're going to do that, you might as well give up on your diet. And if you're diabetic, you might as well shoot yourself - chronic high blood sugar is a terrible and slow way to die.

Once in a while is OK. If it satisfies a craving sometimes it is better to indulge infrequently then to feel depraved. As long as it is just once in a while.

I've read that you should drink a cup of water before drinking the soda. But it should not be often. Diet is better.

Non-diet sodas are terribly high in refined sugar. I would stick to diet sodas if you really crave the taste of soda--in most cases you can't even tell the difference.

If you want it so much is better to do it, but just a little, because the soda also contains a lot of quimicts that can damege you body, but in littkle quantities during your diet it won′t represent any change in your weight

No, it's not terrible but it could be habit forming. Actually it's best not to drink any Diet soda either, when dieting.
