Answers:
Honey is best used to increase the physical stamina & energy level of the human body & since honey is easily absorbed in the blood, it is the best ingredient to remove tiredness ad fatigue after hard work almost instantly. Honey contains natural sugars, unlike granulated sugar. The sugars found in honey are more readily accessable to the body as they're already in a pre-digested form.
To use:
Dissolve 1 teaspoon honey in warm water or quarter honey balance of water in a jug and keep in the fridge. Honey is primarily fructose and glucose and so it is quickly absorbed by the digestive system.
Honey will give you a boost of energy, and is best eaten as a supplment to a healthy breakfast. At the very least, have a granola bar and a glass of milk or juice. What you eat in the morning plays a huge role in how you'll feel for the rest of the day. Also, get some B-Complex vitamin supplements and take one before you leave for school or when you need a quick pick me up (but be careful to not take more than the recomended dose.)
If you suffer from seasonal allergies, it may be worth your time to find some locally grown honey. This is usually availiable at Farmer's Markets and Organic style grocery stores. It is said that by ingesting the pollen from plants that you're allergic to in the harmless state that they're found in honey helps your body to not react so harshly. I'm not sure how it works, but I've noticed my allergies are less since I started eating more honey.

Yes...honey is sugar. Simple carbs. Eating a piece of white bread would do the same thing, drinking pop, etc. The problem is that after you come down from your sugar high you will crash. The best idea is to eat a well balanced breakfast (cereal, milk, and fruit). It will give you an immediate energy boost and sustain you through lunch without the sugar crash.
yes it should give you some energy, and if you buy manuka honey or the real, unprocessed kind, it gives you loads of other vitamins and good stuff without fats!
