Starbucks employees, how do you make the banana coconut fraps?
Answers:
I am a starbucks employee from Gurnee, IL. We no longer make the banana coconut fraps and no longer have the banana puree used to make it (at least the stores around the chicago area dont), but we do still have the coconut syrup (I am not sure if the starbucks stores in your area still have coconut syrup, but they should still carry it, just ask next time you go.) Customers are able to purchase full bottles of starbucks syrup for around 6-7 bucks (which will last forever if you just make drinks for yourself), so if you can't bear to live without it, i would just use real bananas, some sugar, milk (starbucks uses a cream base to make the fraps, but milk will work just fine.. or even milk and ice cream would be delicious as well) and purchase the coconut syrup to use in the frap. I would only start with 2 pumps (we use 1 for tall and grande and 2 pumps for venti) and add more if it needs it. Experiment! I'm sure you will come up with something delicious, and quite like your favorite drink from starbucks. Hope I helped!

SHHH it's a trade secrete. Come in and I tell you all about it.
If you are looking at a frap. cup you would add the base (either the coffee base or the creme base, however you want it) to the bottom green line that goes around the cup, then banana puree to the top line. 1 pump of coconut syrup for a tall or grande and two pumps for a venti. Add ice (sorry, don't know the measurements on that one because we have special scoops for each size at the store) you will have to experiment a little on that part. Blend and enjoy! :)
Banana Coconut Frappuccino consists of blended coffee, coconut, milk, and ice.
The first step to making a frappuccino is buying high quality coffee. You can buy authentic Starbucks coffee or you can shop around for less expensive coffee if you really want to save some money.
If you can, you should buy the coffee beans. The coffee beans are not only less expensive, but fresh ground coffee will make your frappuccino taste even better!
Once you have your fresh ground coffee, it's time to start brewing! Frappuccinos use double-strength coffee to give it an added kick. This means that to make a frappuccino you have to measure two tablespoons of ground coffee per serving in your coffee maker.
Once the coffee has been brewed, chill it in the refrigerator. It works best if you brew the coffee the night before so that you will have your frappuccino the next morning!
Now that you have your chilled coffee, add three tablespoons of granulated sugar, one cup of milk (low-fat or skim milk works fine), and two cups of ice in a blender. These measurements assume you are making two grande frappuccinos. If you are making more or less, please adjust the measurements accordingly.
Blend the ingredients together on high speed until the ice is crushed and the drink is smooth. Pour the frappuccinos into two 16-ounce glasses and ENJOY!
