How do you make boba milk tea, without the boba?
and can you make it with green tea? or will it taste funny? cause thats all i have...

I don't drink green tea, but I am a fan of winter melon milk tea. When I lived in Taiwan I used to buy it quite often and it looked to me like they were just mixing the sweet drink (is green tea sweet? Then I think that would work) with some milk (you could possibly try sweetened condensed milk, or evaporated milk too). I would recommend just trying it out...half the fun...or you could wait until someone who really knows what they're talking about responds. ;)
well just find out how they do it because its just milk tea and then they add the boba
The boba is just tapioca balls, right? So it should be about the same without it. It's made with green or black tea according to taste.
