HIGH FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE!

What's the difference between tea and English tea?

I would drink coffee. It has more caffeine in general

it depends how much you brew the tea bag for, it can have as much or even more caffine than coffee, but if its just normal tea, go for coffee. and steer clear of the sugar, it'll send your blood sugar up high and then come crashing down very fast, leaving you more tierd than you were to begin with.

Or try red bull (dont blame you if you cant stand it, I cant either)

There is more caffiene in coffee, especially brewed coffee. Less in instant. Less in tea. Less in iced tea.

There are so many english tea.
Tea has half the amount of caffeine than coffee and far less than coke, nevertheless, too much of a good thing CAN cause insomnia and nervousness. Note that out of the three main types of tea, green tea contains the least caffeine.
Extensive research shows that up to 300 milligrams of caffeine (about eight cups of tea) is not a health risk.

Coffee. Black tea(wich has the highest caffene content) is only 80-90% caffinated. coffee is 100%

By weight tea has more caffiene than coffee, but for say 1 cup of coffee you may need 10 times the weight in coffee as you would tea.
