my grandmother used to drink a cup of warm milk before bed, give it a try, nighty, nighty, don't let the beddy bugs bite, LOL
I think that only warm milk does. I don't know why but it works for babies and for my mom.
it helps me sometimes!
i hope that you will be able to sleep!
warm milk does, so does buring lavender or dewberry oil in an oil burner (make sure you add water too)
Use Benedryl - active ingredient: diphenhydryl hydrochloride (the same stuff that is in Unisom, and other sleep aids)
yes, a glass of warm milk and a glass of warm water, does works....
Warm milk always helped me sleep.
dont drink milk but beer always does the trick
Yes, warm milk does help your nerves and brain rest from things. Tea also helps, if you heat it up and drink it while it's warm. Don't drink cold milk though, that actually makes it harder to sleep...
Hope you sleep well!

No, milk doesn't make sleep (at least indirectly).
What makes us sleep after drinking it is that we keep in mind unconsiously this wrong idea so the brain gives order to the body to sleep.
Example, try to put some cafeine in a cup of milk and give it to someone without saying anything to him. So he will sleep as usual despite the cafeine effect.
no some gin
Calcium can make you sleepy. Thats why its suggested you take your calcium supplement at night. Milk contains calcium, so it too can make you sleepy.
It soothes the lining of you stomack and makes you feel good which may help you sleep. It wont hurt.
Warm milk would help to soothe you. As for the making yo sleepy part, I'm not so sure.
However, if you are not a milk person, try Camomile tea. I would also soothe you down and make you more relax.
Happy Sleeping!
warm milk only will make you sleepy
