What is the difference between chocolate milk and milk chocolate?

Theres two definitions for this question. 1.) is in language terms. 2.) is in specific meaning.

Milk chocolate is a particular type of chocolate candy; light in color, made with milk, milder and sweeter than the "dark" varieties of chocolate. You eat it.

Chocolate milk = Milk with a little chocolate
